Pricing your Monroe NY home

If you are considering selling your home, the first question you might ask is, “How much can I get for my home?”

The answer to that question could result in various decisions on your part:

  • Let’s sell NOW!
  • Great, let’s get ready to sell in 3-6 months.
  • Let’s just wait a few years and see what happens to the market

The best way to let you know what buyers might be willing to spend to purchase your home is to have a real estate agent tour your home, and then use their expertise about the area and current sale prices to give you a range that is specific to your home.  However, many potential sellers don’t want to actually talk to a real estate agent directly since they’re afraid they will be annoyed forever by that agent.

First, let me say, I would be happy to come take a look at your home and give you an estimate that takes into consideration the condition and extras in your specific home (with a minimum of annoyance).  This is really the most accurate method.  HOWEVER, if you would prefer getting a general range of what you could expect without talking to an agent, feel free to use the following analysis tool to get started.

You will need to enter some simple data points about your current home; they are all required in order to give you the best estimate.   The estimated price will be based on local data for the last six months.  The response you will get is based on averages and your specific home may do better (or worse) than the range.

Please note, your email address is required for return of the estimated market range.  You will not be contacted again, unless you request further information.
